According to the latest BCREA report, residential home sales in British Columbia totaled $5.2 billion in August\u2014a 4.8% decrease\u2014with average prices edging down 1% to $924,826. Sales volume also dipped 5.5% to 46,069 homes. In Greater Vancouver, both prices and sales saw modest declines of 1.3% and 3.6% respectively. While the market is still quieter than previous years, we are seeing signs of gradual recovery.
